- Why are you pre-launch?
- We're in active build. The engines (FerroSpread, FerroRisk, FerroWave) are shipping through formal verification and mutation-tested correctness gates. The desk UI is under construction. We'd rather open late than open wrong.
- How do I know the numbers are right?
- Because we prove the contracts that can be specified. The pricing math lives in FerroRisk; the signal math lives in FerroWave. Their public proof surfaces publish the boundary: FerroRisk verification and FerroWave verification.
- What does the waitlist get me?
- First invite to alpha, priority for the 100-seat Founding Member cohort, the first build log, and the ability to shape the tool during alpha. Founding rates are $19/month, $149/year, and 25 Lifetime Founding Seats at $499 while available.
- Is there a free tier?
- No — there's no free version. Spread Foundry is professional-grade tooling and we price it like a tool you rely on, not a demo. Founding Members get the lowest Standard pricing before launch prices rise.
- Is intraday data included?
- No. The current offer is Standard, built on end-of-day snapshots. Intraday data is planned future work with no launch date attached, and it is not included in founding pricing.
- What does the lifetime seat include?
- Lifetime applies to the Standard end-of-day Spread Foundry plan. It does not include intraday, premium-data, broker-integration, team, advisor, or institutional features. It is capped at 25 seats and is non-transferable.
- Does Spread Foundry place trades?
- No. It's decision support, not execution — it doesn't connect to your broker, hold funds, or route orders. Spread Foundry makes the decision sharper and more defensible; you trade on whatever platform you already use.
- What about my data?
- Journals are yours. You can export them at any time. We never sell flow data or spread constructions. We'd rather charge you fairly than rent your back to you.
