Privacy Policy

Last updated June 20, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Prophetizo LLC, doing business as MorphIQ Labs (“Prophetizo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with Spread Foundry — the website at spreadfoundry.com, the application, and related services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to this Policy. It should be read together with our Terms of Service.

1Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:
  • Information you provide — your email address when you join the waitlist; account details, and billing information (processed by our payment provider) if you subscribe; the inputs, journals, watchlists, and configurations you create (“Your Content”); and anything you send us in support or other communications.
  • Information collected automatically — usage and log data (pages viewed, actions taken, timestamps), device and browser information, IP address and approximate location, and data from cookies and similar technologies.
  • Information from third parties — limited data from our payment processor, analytics providers, and infrastructure vendors. Market data we ingest concerns instruments, not you.

2How we use information

We use information to:
  • provide, operate, secure, and maintain the Service, including the waitlist and your account;
  • process payments and manage subscriptions;
  • detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, and security incidents;
  • analyze usage to improve and develop the Service;
  • communicate with you about the Service, including build logs, launch updates, and support;
  • comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not sell your individual spread constructions or order flow.

3Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to run the Service and, where permitted, to understand usage and improve it. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking some cookies may affect how the Service works. Where required by law, we will request your consent for non-essential cookies.

4How we share information

We share information only as described here:
  • Service providers — vendors that host our infrastructure, process payments, send email, and provide analytics, acting on our instructions under contract;
  • Legal and safety — when we believe disclosure is required by law, or necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of Prophetizo, our users, or others;
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy;
  • With your direction — when you ask us to share information, or export Your Content.
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

5Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data, subject to limited exceptions permitted by law.

6Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.

7Your choices and rights

You can access, update, export, or delete much of your information from within the Service or by contacting us, and you can opt out of marketing emails at any time. Depending on where you live — for example, under the California Consumer Privacy Act or the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation — you may have additional rights, such as the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your personal information, and to appeal a decision. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. To make a request, contact us using the details below.

8Children's privacy

The Service is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

9International users

We operate in the United States, and information we process may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States or other countries that may have different data-protection laws than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

10Third-party links and services

The Service may link to or rely on third-party sites and services, including market-data vendors and the Ferro analytics engines. Their handling of your information is governed by their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.

11Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
